• If your trial end date falls on the 15th of the month, you will be billed a pro-rated amount of one half of the monthly subscription rate.

• If your trial end date falls on the last day of the month, you will be billed the monthly subscription rate beginning on the day after your trial account has expired.

Monthly billed accounts will be automatimally billed on the first day of each month.

To cancel a monthly billed accounts, please contact us at least three business days prior to the first of the month.

Long Term Accounts
Long term InvestorLink accounts are those of six or twelve month duration that are not automatimally renewed.

Customers will receive invoices by postal and/or email for renewal of long term accounts. Renewal payment is due on or before the renewal date. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that payment is received by Marketsource Online prior to the renewal date to avoid disruption in service.

Refund Policy
Marketsource Online does not offer refunds or pro-rated returns for any InvestorLink service.

To ensure that you are happy with your InvestorLink service, please do one or both of the following:

• Take advantage of our free trial account before signing up! Our trial accounts are obligation free and are identical to paying customer accounts. Make sure our data is a good fit for you before subscribing.

• If you are not sure that you need extended InvestorLink service, start with a monthly billed account. You can easily change your account to a longer duration when you are ready.
